Celebrating Wins in Business

Let's talk about celebrating your wins -- but not the big ones... the SMALL ones. The wins that you may feel are insignificant and not worth mentioning to someone else or making a big deal out of. Maybe you don't feel like you could even call it a "win."

Why am I bringing this up? Well, I achieved a "win" today, and I was quick to let the moment go by. I caught myself and realized that my reaction to it was diminishing a goal that I had planned and sacrificed for for many years. My win? I PAID OFF THE LAST OF MY BUSINESS DEBT!! TWO. MONTHS. EARLY. 🎉 🥳 👏 🙌 💃 🤯 😁 🥂 🎈 My business is officially debt-free!

As a small business owner, it's important to celebrate all the wins and milestones, but especially the ones that seem less significant than others. I'm here today to tell you that each of those "small" wins MATTERS. A LOT! And if we're being honest, the "small" part about it is likely our own mentality diminishing our efforts while someone else might actually consider that effort to be incredible! #perspectivematters

Taking the time to recognize your successes will help you remember that you're making progress, so matter how slow it may seem in the day-to-day grind.
